Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases from Formada3D, a Melbourne-based sole trader (ABN available on request). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products & Made-to-Order Production

All items are 3D printed to order in Melbourne on our in-house printers. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch. All designs are original Formada3D designs. Colours may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and filament batches; minor layer lines are a normal characteristic of 3D printed products and are not a defect.

Compatibility Disclaimers

Some products are described as compatible with third-party systems (for example BRIO, LEGO, DUPLO, IKEA, Apple, Secretlab or Yeti products). These are our original, independently designed products. Formada3D is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these brands. All trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Children's Products

Our toy track pieces and other kids' items are age-graded 3+ years. They may contain small parts that present a choking hazard and are not suitable for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended during play. Please inspect toys regularly and remove them from use if damaged.

Custom STL Printing Service

Quotes require a $20 AUD deposit, which is credited in full toward your order if you proceed.
By uploading a file, you warrant that you own the design or have the necessary rights and licences to have it printed.
We do not print copyrighted or trademarked designs without proof of your rights to reproduce them, and we may decline any job at our discretion, including weapons or unsafe items.
You indemnify Formada3D against claims arising from files you supply.

Payment, Pricing & Cancellations

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and payment is taken at checkout. Orders for personalised or custom items may be cancelled free of charge before production begins; once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For details of remedies for major and minor failures, please see our Refunds & Returns Policy.
